A vegetal alternative to amorphous silica

 

 

 Most common silica found in daily products – dehydrated food, instant powder beverages, medicine (pills, capsules, etc.), instant coffee, milk products and seasonings – are amorphous products generated by a precipitation process, mixing sand and sodium carbonate. Silica is known for its anti-caking properties. Vegesil®, a vegetable silica developed by Aqia Nutrition, brings to the market a safe additive for food and pharma.
